Note: Once submitted, this form will be received by Rous’s Head of Agency (the General Manager) and Disclosure Coordinators (the Group Manager People and Performance and the Governance and Risk Manager). If your report relates to any of the individuals occupying these positions at Rous, you are encouraged to make your report to another Rous Disclosure Officer or to an external integrity agency.
